Pickle Drama User Agreement

Effective date: October 22nd, 2026

By using Pickle Drama, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Service.

1. Acceptance

This Agreement is between you and the operator of Pickle Drama ("we", "us", "our"). The Service includes the Application, online features, and APIs at https://arzr.pawsudoster.com.

2. The Service

Pickle Drama is a mobile entertainment application that may include casual gameplay, story or drama-themed content, advertisements, optional rewards, and online features requiring internet access.

For entertainment only — not gambling, betting, or an investment product unless clearly stated in-app.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or region support.

3. Eligibility & Account

Minimum age: 13 (or higher where required). You are responsible for your Account and keeping credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations or fraud.

4. User Conduct

  1. No cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools
  2. No attacks on servers, APIs, or other users
  3. No reverse engineering except as law allows
  4. No unlawful, harassing, or infringing behavior
  5. No circumvention of payout or fraud controls

  • Licensed for personal use, not sold
  • Non-transferable unless we permit
  • Subject to balance changes

PayPal

  • Verification and fraud checks
  • Valid PayPal details required
  • Limits and taxes may apply

We may reverse rewards from fraud, error, or breach of this Agreement.

6. Third-Party Services

Third-party ads and integrations have their own terms. We are not liable for external products, sites, or payment providers.

7. Intellectual Property

Pickle Drama content is owned by us or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (available in the app or on the app store listing) is incorporated by reference and governs personal information.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS OR DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LAW PROHIBITS LIMITS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights or law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service by uninstalling the app. We may terminate access for breach or discontinuation. Surviving terms include IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law.

13. Governing Law

Governed by the operator's jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer laws in your country. Contact rokg6611@outlook.com to attempt informal dispute resolution within 30 days before formal action where permitted.

14. Changes

We may update this Agreement with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
